<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confidential file management system for changing or delating the masking conditions of a distributed confidential file. <P>SOLUTION: In a confidential file management system 10 equipped with a management server 200 for managing a confidential file 400 and terminal device 110 of a user who decrypts and uses a confidential file in such a state that it is connected through a network 300 to the management server 200, the management server 200 includes a management part 230 for transmitting masking condition information related with a confidential file to the terminal device when a terminal device performs access in using the confidential file, and the terminal device acquires masking condition information 431 related with the confidential file from the management server 200 based on the connection destination information when the confidential file is opened or read, and decrypts the file body by controlling the decryption of the masking target portion according to the possibility/impossibility of the release of masking based on the masking condition information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
