PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good current amplifying characteristic and an ON/OFF ratio by improving an MBOT element structure without carrying out a heating process under atmospheric pressure.

SOLUTION: An organic transistor element provided with an organic semiconductor layer and a sheet-like base electrode between emitter and collector electrodes is also provided with a charge transmission enhancement layer between the base and collector electrodes.
