PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the connection state of each input signal terminal of the head cannot be checked individually when the inkjet recording head is mounted to a recording apparatus body. SOLUTION: A connection state output circuit of each input signal terminal is formed on a recording element substrate of the recording head. An output of the connection state output circuit becomes active at the time of the same logic as that of pull-up or pull-down of each signal in the inkjet recording head.
