<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide acoustic wall surface structure capable of forming face plate-like reflecting material side cloth and mat-like sound absorbing material side cloth in a beautiful finishing state, by inconspicuously storing these joint parts in a good condition. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A U-shaped metallic material 9 is arranged between a face plate-like reflecting material 3 and a mat-like sound absorbing material 4 by turning its tip opening part to the indoor side, and an attachment metallic material 10 is installed in a side surface part of the mat-like sound absorbing material 4. An edge part of cloth 7 stuck to a surface of the face plate-like reflecting material 3 is inserted inside the U-shaped metallic material 9, and an attachment part 10a is inserted inside the U-shaped metallic material 9 from the indoor side in a state of making an edge part of cloth 8 arranged on a surface of the mat-like sound absorbing material 4 enter all the way into the attachment part 10a of the attachment metallic material 10, and both cloths 7 and 8 are arranged in a continuous state without a parting material.
