<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a self-record corresponding to a running distance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Clocking operation of a running time is started by setting a running distance and performing clocking start operation from an input device 105, and after finish of running, clocking finish is designated from the input device 105. A clocked running time is stored in a RAM 103 correlatively with the set running distance. A running time of this time is compared with a past running time correlated with the same running distance as the set distance in data stored in the RAM 103, and the evaluation is displayed on a display device 104.
