<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave absorbing cable excellent in flexibility and foldability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the electromagnetic wave control cable having an electromagnetic wave control part 3 around insulated core wires 1, the electromagnetic wave control part 3 has an electromagnetic wave absorbing resin layer (I) having electromagnetic wave absorbing performance with a value of reflection loss (S11) of -1 dB or less over a whole range of electromagnetic wave frequencies of 300 MHz to 18 GHz as measured on the basis of IEC-62333, and with a value of transfer loss (S21) of -1 dB or less over a whole range of electromagnetic wave frequencies of 300 MHz to 18 GHz, and an electromagnetic wave control flat yarn having either a resin layer (II) on one face of the electromagnetic wave absorbing resin layer (I), or a resin layer (II) on one face and a resin layer (III) on the other and knitted in a tube shape.
