PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output circuit for reducing a jitter to be generated by limitation of a swing width of an output signal which is outputted after a level being transited by reducing the swing width of the output signal to be continuously outputted with the same level. SOLUTION: The output circuit comprises: signal selecting means 303 for receiving a first input signal and a second input signal and for sequentially outputting the first input signal and the second input signal in response to a phase signal; and output level controlling means 301 for controlling a voltage level of the output signal of the signal selecting means 303 using the first input signal and the second input signal.
