PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of supporting a structure part having roundness at the time of deployment, and saving a space as far as possible when folded, in a structure where a rear portion (a rear portion side of a vehicle) of a tonneau cover has the roundness. SOLUTION: The tonneau cover 101 covering a baggage compartment is composed of a sheet member 102 and a platy member 103 which can be folded. The sheet member 102 is wound up to the inside of a storage portion 107 to be stored, and the platy member 103 is folded and placed on the storage portion 107. Therefore, a storage space of the tonneau cover 101 can be made small. By adopting a lock mechanism keeping a state deploying the platy member 103, an end portion of the platy member is prevented from hanging down to the baggage compartment side.
