PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working device capable of increasing its working efficiency by obtaining a precise approximate solution in a short time even if there are many holes to be processed. SOLUTION: A space search tree 2b which can search working positions in a designated region is prepared by using a space search tree generated by a space search tree generating method 2c. A working sequence optimization means 2a targets the working positions searched by the space search tree 2b, and optimizes working sequence so that a length of a working path or a traveling time of the working means can be shortened.
