The present invention relates to pyridine derivatives substituted with novel benzoxazoles or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, a preparation method thereof and pharmaceutical compositions containing the same as active ingredients for the prevention and treatment of an abnormal cell growth disease. The present invention exhibits excellent inhibiting effects for a variety of protein kinases useful for treating an abnormal cell growth disease, for example, C-Met, and thus can be valuably used in the prevention and treatment of an abnormal cell growth disease.
