A mobile communication terminal, a mobile communication system, and a mobile communication method, in which the presence of a usable compact base station to a user if present is reported, and the compact base stations are used. A communication terminal (10) confirms whether the compact base station (12) operates and furthermore is usable authenticated. When the originating terminal (10) is a registered one, the compact base station (12) reports to the registered terminal (10) that originating is possible and the originating terminal (10) performs display of indicating that communication is possible, such as lighting of a green lamp. Simultaneously, the registered communication terminal (10) connects with a communication control device (13) via the compact base station (12) and starts procedures of authentication, setting of call connection for using a line, etc. When connection is not permitted, the registered communication terminal (10) does not connect with the compact base station (12) but uses a normal base station (11).
