APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING FERMENTATION ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE WITH ITS ALCOHOL CONTENT CONTROLED EASILY

An apparatus for preparing a fermented alcoholic beverage is provided to acquire an alcohol content of the fermented alcoholic beverage more accurately from the specific gravity change of the beverage directly correlated to the alcohol content change and produce the fermented alcoholic beverage easily and conveniently at home regardless of the outside temperature change. An apparatus for preparing a fermented alcoholic beverage comprises: a housing(10); a fermentation container(40) which is located in the housing and limits a space where water and raw materials of alcohol are placed; a heat supplying portion(100) which controls the temperature of the fermentation container inside; and a controlling portion(92) which controls the heat supplying portion and includes an alcohol content acquiring portion for obtaining the alcohol content of a liquid inside of the fermentation container, wherein the heat supplying portion includes a thermoelectric element(110) supplying cold heat to the fermentation container and a heater(120) supplying hot heat to the fermentation container under the control of the controlling portion. A method for preparing a fermented alcoholic beverage comprises the steps of: (a) placing raw materials of alcohol in a fermentation container containing water; (b) supplying heat to the fermentation container to ferment liquid inside the fermentation container; (c) acquiring alcohol content of the liquid inside the fermentation container from a specific gravity of the liquid; and (d) comparing the acquired alcohol content with a reference alcohol content and lowering the temperature of the fermentation container to a predetermined temperature if the acquired alcohol content reaches the reference alcohol content.
