A cable duct mounting assembly is provided to support an outer fixing member with a fixing bolt without use of a separate washer by forming the outer fixing member as one body with the washer. A cable duct mounting assembly includes an inner supporting member(11), a fixing bolt(13), an outer fixing member(14), and a tensile spring(12). The inner supporting member is inserted in an opening unit(131) of a channel fixed at a ceiling slab. The fixing bolt is screw-coupled with a center of the supporting member and lifts the inner supporting member. The outer fixing member has a bolt inserting hole(14c) to insert the fixing bolt and fixes a flange unit of a cable duct. Both ends of the tensile spring are fixed at the inner supporting member and the outer fixing member respectively.
