<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination film having an excellent proton conductivity, deposition property and thermal stability, to provide an electrolyte membrane, and to provide a fuel cell in which the above lamination film is used. <P>SOLUTION: The lamination film is composed of a lamination in which a layer made of polymer having an acidic group and a layer made of polymer having a basic group are laminated alternately, and the polymer layer having the acidic group is polyvinyl sulfonic acid and the polymer layer having the basic group is polyvinyl amine or polyallyl amine.
