<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the effect of heat generation from a light-emitting element on a lens array. <P>SOLUTION: A light emitting device having an arrayed light source 1700 includes: a substrate 1600; an arrayed light source group containing the arrayed light source arranged in a first direction on the substrate; the lens array 1500 for focusing the lights emitted from light emitting elements constituting the arrayed light source; and a lens support 1400 for forming a cavity formed between the arrayed light source group and the lens array.
