<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophoretic cassette constituted by combining a substrate made of a synthetic resin and for well performing the injection of a support precursor for migrating and separating a migration target material and the formation of a support. <P>SOLUTION: In the electrophoretic cassette constituted by combining the substrate 11 comprising the synthetic resin and having a cavity for forming the support for migrating and separating the migration target material therein, a coating film 12 consisting of the hydrolysate of a metal alkoxide is provided on the surface of the substrate coming into contact with the support, and the contact angle to water of the coating film is 30° or below. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
