<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress heat and noise from a semiconductor device in PWM control and to reduce the size of an apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 30 detects temperatures of the semiconductor device 3. When a temperature of the semiconductor device 3 is a predetermined threshold or less, a microcomputer 10 drives the semiconductor device 3 with a trapezoid wave having decreased pulse rise slew rate and pulse fall slew rate. On the other hand, when a temperature of the semiconductor device 3 reaches the predetermined threshold, a driver 20 is controlled so as to drive the semiconductor device 3 with a square wave having increased pulse rise slew rate and pulse fall slew rate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
