<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor capable of monitoring accurately and precisely the abnormality of a bonded member bonded onto a rotating object to be molded, without affecting a molding speed, by simple constitution. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The bonded member R molded by an extruder 60 is supplied toward a rotating molding drum 70, and is bonded onto an outer circumferential part of an unvulcanized tire GT to be wound and laminated. A distance measuring means 2 is provided in an upper side of the bonded member R in the midway of supply, to measure continuously a distance with respect to the bonded member R before bonded, and a measured result is output to an abnormality detecting means 10. The abnormality detecting means 10 compares a distance measured value with a preset distance reference value, and determines the abnormality of the bonded member R, based on a distance comparison result. The bonded member R is monitored all the time in the midway of supply, to detect the abnormality such as torsion and displacement of the bonded member R, by this manner.
