PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting enabling the aesthetic appearance to be improved and enabling the easy change of the using mode and also provide a method of constructing the fitting. SOLUTION: When an outswinging window section 3 is formed of a window section with a screen door 40, the receiving member 43 of the screen door 40 is installed in the recessed groove 334 of a vertical frame 33, and a moving stile 44B and a net 44C are stored in the recessed groove 344 of a vertical frame 34 while a movable member 44 opened. Therefore, the movable member 44 is not exposed to the indoor side, and the aesthetic appearance of the outswinging window section 3 from the indoor side can be improved. When the outswinging window section 3 is formed of a window section without a screen door 40, the recessed groove sections 334, 344 are covered by a cover member for concealing. Therefore, the recesses and projections and the insides of the recessed grooves 334, 344 are invisible from the indoor side, and the aesthetic appearance of the outswinging window section 3 can be improved.
