PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting mold manufacturing method capable of suppressing reduction of the hardening rate when manufacturing a casting mold by using reproduced casting sand of chromite sand and a binder containing acid-hardening resin. SOLUTION: When manufacturing a casting mold by using reproduced casting sand of chromite sand together with a binder containing acid-hardening resin and a hardening agent, the reproduced casting sand is used, which is obtained from a casting mold manufactured by using chromite sand, a binder containing acid-hardening resin, and a hardening agent containing methanesulfonic acid with its sulfuric acid content in the hardening agent being≤5 wt.%.
