A pharmaceutical composition comprising i) at least one composition that has affinity to the mu-opioid receptor, and at least one compound that has affinity to the VR1 receptor, or ii) at least one compound, in particular at least one compound corresponding to formula (I), (II), (III), (IV) or (V), that has affinity to the mu-opioid receptor and to the VR1 receptor, and also to the use of the pharmaceutical compositions i) and ii) for the production of a drug for the treatment of pain.
