A portable fountain is provided to prevent the water from being corroded by spraying the water while turning the water and to prevent a failure generated by blocking of the foreign materials, by excluding a nozzle. A portable fountain installed on the water of the river or lake by buoyant bodies(10) is composed of: a guide pipe(20) installed between the buoyant bodies by support bars(15) and separated from the surface of the water; a driving motor mounted on the upper part of the guide pipe and driven by an external power source; and a rotating body(30) installed at the lower part of the guide pipe, shaft-combined with the driving motor, and disposed on the surface of the water. The rotating body has a water spray piece(32) installed on the outer peripheral surface and rotated by the driving force of the driving motor to spray the water in all directions.
