<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small apparatus for liquefying waste plastic into oil, which can heat waste plastics with a combustion gas, can simply control temperature, and can readily take out residues. <P>SOLUTION: In the small apparatus for liquefying waste plastic into oil for thermally decomposing the waste plastics and condensing the thermal decomposition gas to obtain the recycled oil, a waste plastic-charging portion 14 and a thermal decomposition gas-exhausting port 15 are disposed in the upper portion of a vertical-type cylindrical thermal decomposition tank 10 having panel boards 13 at its upper and lower portions; a heating jacket 16 is formed for introducing the combustion gas in the lower portion of the outer periphery of the thermal decomposition tank 10; a stirrer 20 is disposed on the axial center of the thermal decomposition tank 10; a shaft cylinder 24 passing through the heating jacket 16 is disposed at the center of the bottom portion panel board 13 of the thermal decomposition tank 10; and a screw blade 25 which inserts the shaft 21 of the stirrer 20 is disposed in the shaft cylinder 24, for discharging the residues on the shaft 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
