PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC tag that can be stuck directly to a CD for use.

SOLUTION: The IC tag includes: a thin sheet 10 formed in shape conformed to the CD; a loop-shaped antenna 101 provided along the circumference of the CD; and an IC chip 102 performing non-contact communication through the antenna. The antenna 101 is formed of a conductor and provided on a recording region of the CD. Communication has been conventionally impeded when the antenna is provided on the recording region of the CD, but communication is attained by forming the antenna of the conductor.
