PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the calculating precision of the moving amounts of an image by properly calculating the moving amounts of an image in blackout which is generated during photographing processing. SOLUTION: A movement detection part 15 performs movement detection between a current frame image and a previous frame image, and performs movement detection between the reduced frame image just before photographing and the reduced frame image just after photographing. Also, the reduction rate setting part of the movement detection part 15 sets a reduction rate. The reduction processing part of the movement detection part 15 reduces the frame image just before photographing and the frame image just after photographing by the reduction rate set by the reduction rate setting part. The image moving amount calculation part of the movement detection part 15 integrates an inter-successive frames detection results, and calculates image moving amounts in live view, and calculates the photographic time image moving amounts based on the detection results before and after photographing.
