Membrane for a fuel cell comprises an aluminum foil as carrier medium, which undergoes an anodic oxidation and in which a hydrogen ion conductor is introduced after the anodic oxidization, where the aluminum foil undergoes a tunnel etching before the anodic oxidization. An independent claim is included for producing a membrane for a fuel cell, comprising subjecting one of an aluminum foil for structuring a tunnel conductor, subjecting the structured aluminum foil as surface protection to an anodic oxidation and subsequently bringing a hydrogen ion conductor in the structure of the aluminum foil. |
