PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bladder for vulcanizing a tire capable of reducing an amount of a mold-releasing agent applied to the outer surface of a bladder body or the inner surface of an unvulcanized tire or eliminating a mold-releasing agent applying step, and securing the thickness of an inner liner member without causing the deterioration of air bleed effect, a method for vulcanization-molding a tire, and a pneumatic tire. SOLUTION: The bladder body 52 has a plurality of first main groove 53 which are formed from one side of the tire circumferential direction toward the other side so as to extend to the one side of the tire width direction and a plurality of second main grooves 54 crossing the first main grooves 53 on the outer surface of the bladder body 52, and therefore the outer surface of the bladder body is partitioned into a plurality of lands DB by the respective main grooves 53, 54, a top TP of the respective land DB becomes a projecting shape toward the tire circumferential direction, and the adhesiveness of the bladder body 52 and the inner surface of the tire is released with the top TP of the respective part DB as an original point.
