PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an armrest with a cup holder which is easy to set a frame and the cup holder in a die, and easy to shape a homogeneous pad body. SOLUTION: Since the manufacturing method of the armrest with the cup holder sets a surface skin body 2 directing the opening 3a of the cup holder 3 downward to a bottom mold 9 placed flatly of the die 7, the frame 4 and the cup holder 3 can be set to the bottom mold 9 placed flatly with a feeling of placing flatly. The die 7 is turned over by a handling robot R, the inlet 6a is directed upward to obliquely hold the die 7, and a bubble solution is injected from the inlet 6a in the oblique state of the die 7 by which the bubble solution flows obliquely in the die 7 from top down and can flow in along the bottom face of the cup holder 3 from a space S between the bottom face of the cup holder 3 and the surface skin body 2 to the back side smoothly, the charging balance of the bubble solution becomes favorable, and also air is hardly pooled.
