PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-permeable waterproof fabric having high moisture permeability and waterproof performance and excelling in feeling, durability, or the like. SOLUTION: The moisture-permeable waterproof fabric is formed by laminating a fabric, a polyurethane microporous film, an adhesive layer and a fabric in this order. The polyurethane microporous film has a thickness of 10-50μm and contains fumed silica-based powder at 15-45 mass%. The adhesive layer is provided in pattern shape. As the whole fabric, it is preferable that waterproof pressure is 250-500 kPa and that moisture permeability measured according to JIS L1099 (A-1 method) is 7,000-11,000 g/(m<SP>2</SP>×24hrs).
