PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein, in a conventional system, since a wheel is merely fastened by bolts, there are falling-off, relaxing or breaking of the bolts, there is no device for suppressing the falling-off by any chance, the bolts are relaxed or excessively fastened when the wheel is merely fastened by the bolts, determination of the condition cannot be performed at a glance in usual inspection, there are many users and maintenance operators who cannot discover the condition in advance even if inspection is performed, and there is no device for anticipating the falling-off by any chance and suppressing it. SOLUTION: The device of a donut-like ring made of iron larger than an inner diameter of a rear wheel tire is inserted to an inner side of a rear axle shaft 1 and the device is fixed to an axle shaft case 6 by three stopper fixing bolts 2. Thereby, everyone can easily perform attachment/detachment, and a large sized truck wheel can be suppressed from being dropped off by the fact that the wheel bolt 3 is broken or relaxed.
