<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric blind having power supply constituted of a solar cell and an electricity storage means. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This electric blind includes a detecting means for detecting the direction of incidence of sun's rays, a controlling means for changing an angle for opening or closing slat by controlling a driving means in accordance with the direction of incidence detected by the detecting means, the solar cell for generating electric power by receiving sunbeams, the electricity storage means for storing the electric power generated by the solar cell in an electric double-layer capacitor, and a feed controlling means for feeding the electric power stored in the storage means into the driving means, the detecting means, and the controlling means.
