PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel sufficiently exhibiting functional properties of ionic liquids such as nonvolatility, flame retardancy and ionic conductivity and having sufficient strength, elasticity, flexibility and stretchability usable in various applications. SOLUTION: An organic/inorganic complex gel sufficiently exhibiting functional properties of ionic liquids while keeping the strength, elasticity, flexibility and stretchability of a gel is produced by including an ionic liquid (C) in a three-dimensional network formed by complexing a polymer of a radically polymerizable monomer (A) and a clay mineral (B).
