<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an external wall material for a window side allowing the external wall material for the window side stably mounted to a side frame member of a framework for an opening, to be easily removed by operation from the outdoor side. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first plate 30 of a mounting member 29 provided on the back face of the external wall material 5 for the window side is fixed to a flange 13a on the front face side of the side frame member 13 of the framework 1 for the opening by a first fixing member 50, and a second plate 31 of the mounting member 29 is fixed straddling lips 13b, 13b on the side face side of the side frame member 13 of the framework 1 for the opening by a second fixing member 60. The first and second fixing members 50, 60 release the fixing of the first and second plates 30, 31 by operation with tools 80, 81 inserted in a vertical joint part 72 between the external wall material 5 for the window side and the adjacent external wall material 71 from the outdoor side.
