The upper part of the utensil 7 or 8 bears a relatively large oval opening destined for the reception of the broth derived from the first boiling phase of the meat, poultry and minced meat; handle 7 and little basket 4 meant to receive the minced meat.Advantages: in-hot fat removal process with no interruption of the cooking or restriction of the cooking mode; removal of the harmful animal fat from any kind of meat independently of the fat ratio it contains. |
