<p>Measuring method for detecting aspirin resistance in blood of healthy and sick people, which before the measurement acetylsalicylic acid is need not to be taken, is claimed. Independent claims are included for: (1) measuring aspirin resistance in whole blood that is made with anticoagulants comprising citrate, hirudin or heparin; (2) measuring aspirin resistance in the blood of patients and test persons, whose blood is anticoagulated with heparin; (3) measuring aspirin resistance by the measurement of platelet adhesion in heparin blood, in which the platelet adhesion is influenced by the addition of 10-1000 nmol of aspirin; (4) measuring aspirin resistance by the measurement of platelet adhesion in heparin anticoagulated whole blood of patients and test persons, where the blood is mixed ex vivo preferably with 20-100 nmol of aspirin in comparison with non-aspirin-containing blood sample; and (5) determination of aspirin-induced adhesion index with and without aspirin-treated blood samples and comparing the values for the detection of aspirin resistance.</p> |
