<p>Provided is a spectral module with highly enhanced reliability. A spectral module (1) is comprised of a substrate (2) for transmitting incident light from one surface (2a), a lens unit (3) with an incident surface (3a) facing the outer surface (2b) of the substrate (2) for transmitting the light passing through the substrate (2) and incident from the incident surface (3a), a spectroscopic unit (4) arranged at the lens unit (3) for reflecting the light incident on the lens unit (3) while separating the light into spectral components, a light detection element (5) for detecting the light reflected by the spectroscopic unit (4), and a support unit (8) arranged between the other surface (2b) and the incident surface (3a) for supporting the lens unit (3) against the substrate (2). According to the spectral module (1), a gap (S) is defined between the other surface (2b) of the substrate (2) and the incident surface (3a) of the lens unit (3) by the support unit (8), so that the occurrence of a flaw caused by the contact of the other surface (2b) of the substrate (2) with the incident surface (3a) of the lens unit (3) can be prevented and can be improved in reliability of the spectral module (1).</p> |
