PURPOSE: A noise inspection system of a vehicle power seat assay and an apparatus thereof are provided to select a power seat generating noise by checking noise due to dynamic motion of a power seat frame. CONSTITUTION: A noise inspection system of a vehicle power seat assay is composed of a microphone-and-vibration sensor(10), an amplifier, an HPF(High Pass Filter)/LPF(Low Pass Filter)(40), a filter(50), an effective value circuit(60) of the filtered sound range signal, an A/D(Analog To Digital) converter(70), an MICOM(80), and a program. The microphone-and-vibration sensor collects the noise when measuring the noise of a power seat frame. The amplifier amplifies the collected noise. The HPF/LPF makes the amplified noise at the demand sound range. The filter divides the noise by band. The A/D converter converts the effective value circuit value to the digital value. The MICOM collects and transmits the digital signal. The programs transmit the digital signal and display the signal at a graph.
