PURPOSE: A connection hair assembly and a method for connecting and releasing connection hair using the same are provided, which can shorten working hour and make operation work simple. CONSTITUTION: A connection hair assembly comprises a linkage(4) in which both ends are attached to the upper tip(3) of the connection hair(2) in which lots of the hairs are fixed by an adhesive; a supplementary ring(7) consisting a loop and a handle(7b); various types of tubes which are shrinkable and are inserted in the loop of the supplementary ring or a compression ring(8). The upper tip of the connection hair in which lots of hairs are fixed is formed to be round or flat.
