PURPOSE: A drain pipe manufacturing device is provided to manufacture a synthetic fiber yarn drain pipe and improve flexibility by passing a drain pipe through a heater pipe. CONSTITUTION: A drain pipe manufacturing device comprises a weft spool(12), a warp spool(14), a central shaft, a heat supplier, and an insulation cover(70). The weft spool provides weft of a drain pipe(20) on a weaving plate(10). The warp spool is arranged outside the weaving plate. The warp spool provides warp of the drain pipe. The central shaft guides the weft and the warp on the weaving plate. The heat supplier provides the heat to the warp and the weft. The insulation cover is installed on the weaving plate. The insulation cover prevents the heat from being emitted to the outside.
