PURPOSE: A piezoelectric cable polarizing device is provided to enhance a polarizing performance by concentrating a voltage in a piezoelectric cable. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric cable polarizing device(100) includes a voltage applying unit, a dielectric, an outer tube, a temperature control unit, and a control part. The voltage applying unit includes a conductor and a voltage supply part. A path(112) in which a piezoelectric cable is positioned is formed inside the conductor(111) which surrounds the piezoelectric cable(200). The voltage supply part(113) is connected to the conductor, and supplies a voltage. The dielectric(120) surrounds the conductor. The outer tube(130) surrounds the dielectric. The temperature control unit(140) controls temperature of each partition part. The control part controls an operation of the temperature control unit.
