<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organization information management server which has a bidirectionality and enables sharing of information across the departments. <P>SOLUTION: The organization information management server includes: DBs 11 and 12 for storing employee information and project information, respectively; a DB 13 for storing information on the association of information about relations of the DBs; a DB 14 for storing information about a tag used for association; a DB 15 for storing information for grouping tag IDs relevant to one group to manage them; a DB 16 for storing a use history; a unit 21 for performing information providing and information management between associated information and information having a relevancy with a prescribed level or more in response to access from a client 3; a unit 22 for performing information management of the employee information and the project information; a unit 23 for associating information among DBs and performing relating processing; and a communication part 24 for performing communication through a network 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
