<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current sensor capable of detecting current with high sensitivity without increasing the number of parts. <P>SOLUTION: This current sensor is provided with a magnetic circuit formed into an annular shape and attracting and amplifying the magnetic field generated around a bus bar 40 by flow of current in the bus bar 40 to be inserted into a space at the center and a sensor chip 60 composed of a giant magnetic resistance effect element for detecting the magnetic field to be attracted and amplified by the magnetic circuit to detect the current flowing in the bus bar 40 based on the magnetic field detected by the sensor chip 60. Here, the sensor chip 60 is mounted in a lead frame 20 made of a magnetic material, and a part of the lead frame 20 is formed into an annular shape to constitute the magnetic circuit by the annular part 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
