METHOD OF MANUFACTURING LAMINATE, LAMINATE, MULTILAYER FILM, AND LAMINATED SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminate that prevents the decline of the smoothness and coverage of an upper layer (an inorganic film) in the method of manufacturing the laminate in which a lower layer with a coating film containing a radiation curable monomer or oligomer cured by radiation is formed, and the inorganic film is formed on the lower layer by a vacuum deposition method.

SOLUTION: Before a curing process, the coating film on a substrate is treated by a first pressure over a first prescribed time. In the curing process, the coating film on the substrate is treated by a second pressure higher than the first pressure over a second prescribed time. In a vacuum deposition process, it is treated by a third pressure lower than the first pressure over a third prescribed time.
