PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audit trail recording method, an audit trail recording device and an audit trail recording program for suppressing the data quantity of audit trail.

SOLUTION: The audit trail recording method includes steps of determining whether an access is made from a predetermined person when predetermined information is accessed, and recording access history in a predetermined form unless the access is made from the predetermined person. The data quantity of the access history of access persons who are unlikely make an illegal access can thereby be made zero or small. As a result, the overall data quantity of the access history can be effectively reduced.
