<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for a node between a transmission source node and a transmission destination node to select a route over a wireless mesh network. <P>SOLUTION: When the node between the transmission source node and the transmission destination node is watching a route request, by adding link costs between the node and the transmission source node, a metric field is updated. If a metric of the route request is smaller than a metric recorded in a routing table of the node's own, by adding the link costs between the node and the transmission source node, the metric field to the transmission source node is updated and if not smaller, a route request message is discarded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
