<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating device capable of improving the efficiency of heating than that of a circuit control method in a prior art. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating device includes a series connector of a first switching element and a first diode 15 in which a current is made to flow only in one direction, a series connector of a second switching element and a second diode 16 in which the current is made to flow only in one direction, a rectifying bridge 17 constituted by connecting both ends of two series connectors from each other, an alternate current power supply 18, an inverter 26 in order to supply electric power to a load from a power supply in which the alternate current from a power supply is rectified by the rectifying bridge, and a control means 27 to control conduction of the first switching element and the second switching element and to control the inverter.
