<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire tube having excellent durability and excellent air impermeability. <P>SOLUTION: In the tube used for the tire, a tube body has a multilayer structure composed of one rubber layer and at least one thermoplastic resin layer comprising a thermoplastic resin or comprising a thermoplastic elastomer composition obtained by blending a thermoplastic resin with an elastomer; alternatively, a valve seat part comprising a thermoplastic resin or comprising a thermoplastic elastomer composition obtained by blending a thermoplastic resin with an elastomer is affixed to and joined with an outer surface of the tube body; alternatively, the tube body is formed by joining both ends of the cylindrical body with each other, and a protective cover body comprising a thermoplastic resin or comprising a thermoplastic elastomer composition obtained by blending a thermoplastic resin with an elastomer is affixed to and joined with an outer circumferential part of the tube in the vicinity of its joined part while covering a part in the vicinity of the joined part across the joined ends; and alternatively, a plurality of these constitutions are combined with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
