<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe with a heater for efficiently heating the inside of the pipe while simply constructing a heater installation part, or for improving the efficiency of working for installing the heater part in the pipe. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pipe includes a tubular member 12, and a heating means 13 provided inside the tubular member 12.
