<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure speedy component mounting operation while holding a heavy component, to stably hold the component irrelevantly to a terminal state of the component, and to adjust mounting conditions of the angle of the component to a circuit board, a weighting amount in the component, etc. <P>SOLUTION: In a method of mounting the component, the component 102 is sucked by a suction nozzle 108 and moved to be mounted on the circuit board 104. One component is sucked by a plurality of suction noddles 108, mutually independent drive sources 116 and 117 are provided, and a control command is supplied to the drive source 116 of a moving mechanism for movement in a direction perpendicular to the circuit board 104 to bring the plurality of suction nozzles 108 under resonance proportional control using a disturbance observer 200 and an axial torsion reaction estimation observer 202. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
