<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide care underwear preventing itch caused by a disposable diaper and improved in heat retention. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The care underwear is structured as follows: when a caregiver puts trouser-shaped underwear 2 on the caretaker 21, a waist peripheral part 3 covers the buttock part, the abdominal part and the lower back part of the caretaker 21, a crotch-removed part 6 corresponds to the crotch part of the caretaker 21, and leg peripheral parts 5 cover the thigh parts 22 of the caretaker 21; and when the caregiver puts the disposable diaper 11 on the caretaker 21, the trouser-shaped underwear 2 is placed between the caretaker 21 and a disposable diaper 11 so as to get in touch with the skin of the caretaker, the crotch-removed part 6 passes over an absorptive body 12 of the disposable diaper 11, the leg peripheral parts 5 of the trouser-shaped underwear 2 cover the thigh parts 22 of the caretaker 21 to receive the urine or the stool of the caretaker 21 by the absorptive body 12 without contaminating the trouser-shaped underwear 2 so that the disposable diaper 11 properly take its part, the caretaker 21 does not complain of itching the skin around the waist rubber part 4 or the waist periphery even when urination frequency is increased, and also the caretaker 21 does not complain chill on the thigh part 22.
